i am from cologne and i would love to know where i can ride in NL oder BE with my GRC RR.
I only know about swalmen. Are there more possibilites? Maybe some websites that give me information?

There are several places where it’s still allowed to ride with 2 or 4 stroke minibikes in the Netherlands.
Tracks which have special minibike days are:
Velp (evmc)
‘Happy days’
Middelburg
Veldhoven
Stadskanaal
Assen
