It goes good with your bike suspect!!!

Do you have a Seatcover yet?

Keep going on

Yep it's going OK :D

I bought a brand new tank+seatcover from Polini, there's pictures in the past updates.. :)

I only need to make the metal pieces for the seat cover, then I can drive :)

But I have a minor problem :( Please read my topic in Technische wragen called "Front tandwiel"

Thanks!

hmm yeah ok..

See this picture.. The chain will hit the post, when putting on a bigger front sprocket.. But I think I will grind some off the bottom of the post.. I think it won't be a problem..? Do you?

If you don't grind of 2 much it should not be that big of an issue. Just don't make it a huge gap imo :)

good luck!

i think...when you ride @ the moment..he will hit the bar/post as well...

because your chain moves up and down by using gas(accelerate/braking)

Dave,

I really like your idea! :)
But, do you mean a chain slider, like those the MTB drivers use? Where the chain gets cleaned before it hits the sprockets ?

Do you mean it will work like, the chain hits the nylon when driving, and the chain will have a bend where the nylon hits it? I think that would be a OK solution as well..!? :o

I think he means to use nylon to prevent it from slamming against the strut in the frame just like you figured out youre self :)

hmm, I really don't think a chain slider is that good of a choice, when the chain is constantly moving, the nylon will get grinded of really quick.. And I think it will be noicy too..

Well maybe something like this, make a slot in to the strutbar? its just a suggestion don't know what the rest thinks of it
