Hi

really don't want to dissapoint u!!

but..

i think u didn't solve ur problem by replacing the rear sprocket...

u just created a new one....

the rear sprocket is mounted way to far from the tire...

u can't take fast left turns like this....trust me...had the same problem...!

the max for mounting the sprocket from the rim is aprox..40mm

u better think it over before finishing the framework...

Greetings

Wim

Hi again

i't not that i want to tell u what to do...just like to avoid a lot of frustration..

What normally is done....building a bike with an engine like this..

Build the engine.....done...good job though!!

buy ur parts...........done that too...not to cheap materials..u got a lot of power with this engine!

mount ur engine and parts on a setup like ur (steel table, easy welding, love it)

align the engine, wheels, fork, exaust...etc..

u could set ur rearsprocket a little closer to the tire...with another engine (like puch) is that an option....with u it isn't!

u really can't, if u like to drive this bike in a normal way, replace the rear sprocket the way u did....just leave it where it is..

make sure that every part is in place....also ur carburater and airfilter,
u really don't want to finish ur framewrok, and not be able to place ur carburator /airfilter (bin there!!)(very frustrating)
the radiator is alway a problem to put it in place...just leave enough space for it....(just try if it fitts once in a while, while welding ur framework)

important items....seen from the back side..!!

wheels exactly in line
make sure that the front fork stand vertical...
and set thet front and rear sprockets exact in line...

the engine itself now isn't in line with the wheels...
no problem....even impossilble!
i'vv never seen a minibike with the engine in line with the weels.
the bike simply is to small for that!!
the idea of mis-balance with ur engine not in line with ur wheels
is just the idea....u won't even notice it!! (every bike with an Puch engine,
has the engine really hanging out of the framework, the empty space is filled with exaust, trust me, we'r not falling over because of the mis-balance)

then u build ur frame around all this...easier said then done...

really hope u got some idea's!!

Greetings from holland

my problem is that the block is very wide.

then to be able to align the wheels and the block, I must put back the chassis very wide.

not putting the supplements in the wheel, the block is thus:

I think that you are right at the time of curving in the highway.

I cannot think like solving it.

I cannot think like making the block + small.

Thank you very much by the aid.
